The Castello Dal Pozzo opens its gates so that you can enjoy an a series of exceptional evenings in this spectacular setting with its excellent cuisine in an exquisite setting
Every Thursday evening in August enjoy a series of special menus in the setting of the Castello, overlooking its magnificent parklands
Private guided tour of the Reception Rooms
Welcome drinks in the “Dal Pozzo 24”, set in the restructured Grottos
Set, served dinner, with a tasting menu, set up in the Castello Reception rooms, where the family and guests  still  dine today

Wine, mineral water and coffee included

Courgettes  and marjoram
*Pink prawns from Mazara del Vallo, white peach  lightly cooked with star anice
Homemade green cannelloni pasta stuffed with aubergines and “burrata” fresh mozzarella cheese
*Brown turbot with almonds powder and orange
*Cherries  mousse and soft chocolate

*Bread puff pastry with basil cream
*Frozen tomatoes cream, basil drops and red prawns
Alpen ricotta cheese pearls with mint and courgettes flowers
*Duck breast light cooked and smoked with garden fresh salad
*Amalfi lemons cream  tartlet

Broad beans cream and lemon balm
*Piedmonte veal tartare and selection of local cheese
Mozzarella cheese pearls with saffron and courgettes flowers
*Seared filled of tuna fish “ yellow fin” with barley  salad
*Tom Collins: Lemon and Gin sorbet



A selection of mineral water and wines
Euro 65.00 per person
* Each of these dishes are accompanied by the Acqua di Stresa Rosa Nobilis rosewater
