Every Thursday evening in August enjoy a series of special menus in the setting of the Castello, overlooking its magnificent parklands
Private guided tour of the Reception Rooms
Welcome drinks in the “Dal Pozzo 24”, set in the restructured Grottos
Set, served dinner, with a tasting menu, set up in the Castello Reception rooms, where the family and guests  still  dine today

Wine, mineral water and coffee included

Fennel, dill and pink grapefruit salad
*Red Prawn Carpaccio from Mazara del Vallo flavoured with lime and Campari aspic
Paglia & Fieno pasta with lobster, pumpkin flowers
*Fillet of Sicilian Sanpietro, cooked in orange and ginger, served with a mousse of carrots and cardamom
*Granny smith apple  tartlet  with red fruits sauce

Peas and mint small flan
*Smoked duck served with orange gelee
Handmade pasta filled with fresh alpine ricotta, artichokes and pea shoots
*Turbot seared with almonds powder and lemon
*Blueberry sorbet with crystallized rose petals and violets

Blody Mary “Le Fief”
*Our variation of the Sicilian Mazara del Vallo : Red prawn flavoured with passion fruit and Tanqueray Gin, scampi with orange and ginger, violet prawn with a brunoise of marinda tomates and burrata cheese
Biological Carnaroli Risotto from the Tenuta Lesca, cooked with baby spinach garnished with mixed shoots
*Pigeon and rosemary, foie-gras and pain brioche with vanilla
*Pineapple Tartare and cream pudding

MENU 10|10|14

Cauliflower carpaccio  with guacamole sauce and cocoa
*Loin deer served with blueberries and celeriac
Carnaroli Risotto flavoured with lemon and rosemary
*Boar  steak with juniper berries, bay leaves and black peppercorns
*Soft centred dark chocolate 72% Araguani cake


A selection of mineral water and wines
