Features

Flowering of the plant: early May.

Harvest area: Novara hills.

Physical state:it is generally liquid due to its large amount of fructose and its appearance is clear.

Color: almost colorless to light straw yellow.

Smell: slightly intense and not persistent aroma, slightly fruity, fine floral, of new wax, sugary.

Taste: very sweet, delicate, vanilla aroma, of sugared almonds.

It goes well with fresh cheeses: goat cheeses, ricotta.

Used in small doses in bread making it serves to give aroma and color to the crust.

A favorite with children, it can be used to sweeten their meals.

Diritti dell'interessato
 •	Diritto di accesso (art. 15 GDPR). Diritto dell’Interessato ad ottenere l’accesso ai propri dati e di porre reclamo all'autorità di controllo;
•	Diritto di rettifica (art. 16 GDPR). Diritto dell’Interessato ad ottenere dal Titolare del trattamento la rettifica dei dati personali inesatti che lo riguardano;
