Castello Dal Pozzo Resort is working daily on safety standards and protocols that not only meet hygiene and cleanliness guidelines, but guarantee the highest safety standards for our guests and people who work without losing the experience that makes Castello Dal Pozzo a unique resort. Only with fi commitment we could all start stronger than ever.

Dispenser
In each area of the hotel Dispensers will be available to customers and collaborators to dispense disinfectant gel.

Safety devices
Safety devices such as masks, gloves and sanitizing gel will be available to all guests and contact staff.

Hygene
We will intensify the sanitization procedures and integrate air sanitization with portable equipment.

Wide spaces and spacing

The staff of Castello Dal Pozzo took advantage of this emotionally intense period, to rethink daily procedures and to develop new ones. Our team of professionals has developed a series of protocols and procedures that meet the highest safety standards, based on the recommendations and guidelines of the World Health Organization, the European Commission, the Piedmont Region and Federalberghi. We have never stopped updating, participating in specific training courses, also taking advantage of expert advice on the subject, developing intervention plans, participating in seminars, debates and specialization courses: we are all ready and prepared.

The spaces
The property starts from a comfortable situation, thanks to large spaces (24 hectares) that have always guaranteed guests maximum privacy and where it is easy to keep their distance.

Restaurants
We will guarantee the spacing of the tables in all the restaurants (all with external areas) and we will insert a booking obligation, to guarantee compliance with the numbers.

Outdoors
The password will be "outdoors". We will propose workshops, activities and outdoor classes. We will keep our distances at the poolside and the entrances will be limited.

Check-in and check-out
Digital check-in procedure; Temperature measurement for guests on arrival, Porterage service (luggage storage and valet parking services are temporarily suspended); Multiple "contact less" payment systems available; Conciergerie available 24 hours a day via Whatsapp, telephone and e-mail

The rooms
Before your arrival, the room will be disinfected according to the highest standards of cleanliness; We use approved and certified products that guarantee deep sanitation, eliminating any potential health risk; We follow thorough cleaning methods and techniques to ensure your well-being; We have removed decorative objects and unnecessary objects from the rooms to minimize the number of potentially unsafe surfaces; We have integrated our cleaning service with the turndown service, so you will continue to be pampered but we will minimize the chances and risks of contagion; We carefully clean the critical points of the room (taps, remote controls, switches, handles, etc.)

Restaurants
Adaptation of all indoor and outdoor spaces according to current regulations and laws; Early booking of breakfast; We guarantee security and privacy through the booking service for lunch (Folia Life) or for dinner (Le Fief) in pre-established time slots; We have created strict hygiene and cleaning protocols in our kitchens and restaurants.
