Sofa beds (available in some rooms): €70 per night.

We are happy to welcome you and your four-legged friends to Castello Dal Pozzo. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please review the following conditions.
Notification: Please inform us in advance at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet.
Age and Socialization: Pets must be at least 6 months old and accustomed to environments other than their home.
Number of Pets: A maximum of two pets per room is allowed.
To ensure thorough room sanitation and provide a dedicated welcome service, the following daily fees apply:
Small size (max height at withers 25 cm): €30.00/day
Medium size (max height at withers 55 cm): €40.00/day
Large size (height at withers over 55 cm): €60.00/day
At check-in, your pet will receive a welcome kit including a bed, two bowls, and a small bag of kibble.
Common Areas: In common areas of the Castle and Resort (lobby, corridors, outdoor spaces), dogs must always be kept on a leash. They are not allowed in dining rooms, breakfast room (unless in designated outdoor areas), or the pool area. They are allowed in the bar area and on loungers near the lawn.
In Room: Pets are not allowed on beds, chairs, sofas, or other furniture. Please use the provided bed.
Supervision: Pets must never be left unattended in the room or elsewhere. Please provide a phone number for contact.
Housekeeping: For the safety and peace of mind of your pet and our staff, housekeeping will not be provided if the pet is present. You will receive a door tag at check-in to indicate cleaning availability. Please schedule with Reception.
Cleanliness and Decorum: Please supervise and maintain cleanliness. Damages or mess caused by pets will incur an extra charge. Dog bag dispensers are available near the main gate and the bridge between the Castle and the Palace.
Quiet: Please ensure your pet behaves calmly and does not bark or meow excessively.
Dog Sitter: If you plan to spend the day outside the Resort, our concierge can arrange a professional dog-sitting service for a fee.
The Management accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property caused by guests’ animals. Owners are fully liable for any damage caused by their pet to people, property, or the facility.

The hotel reserves the right to validate the card before arrival. At check-in, a pre-authorization will be applied for the amount due for the stay.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in rooms, with registration required.
Castello Dal Pozzo is a strictly non-smoking hotel and has no smoking rooms.
Rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.
If a room strongly smells of smoke after departure, a €350.00 cleaning and sanitation fee will be charged.
Outdoor smoking areas are available.
According to Law no. 3 of 16/01/2003 and regional and local regulations, it is forbidden to smoke within 5 meters of other people without their explicit consent.
This also applies in outdoor areas of bars, restaurants, and public places. Smoking is always prohibited in the presence of children or pregnant women, regardless of distance.

For safety reasons, the use of open flames is prohibited in rooms, including candles, irons, and gas burners.
Outdoor parking is free.
Covered parking with CCTV and direct access to the hotel is available for €15 per night.
Shuttle or transfer services are available for a fee upon request.
The concierge is always available to assist guests in organizing their stay.
The hotel offers a Lost and Found service. Reception will contact guests regarding any items left behind.
Items are stored for up to six months from the check-out date.
According to Law 196/03 on personal data protection, Castello Dal Pozzo collects and manages personal data through electronic or automatic means.
Data is used to fulfill guest needs, for statistical purposes, and for promotional offers by Castello Dal Pozzo.
Data will never be shared with third parties.
Guests may access, modify, integrate, or delete their data at any time under Law 196/03.
